Fixed my slow/hard/non starting problem. Replaced the starter. My jeep starts up like a brand new vehicle now!

Just ordered BDS front and rear 3" coils, 3" box kit, and a steering stabilizer. Starting to piece together my lift. Let the ordering begin...

I had to install some 6 ohm resistors in place of the factory turn signal filament to get them to function as markers and turn signals.

Replaced my dana 44 pinion seal.... for the third time today.

First time was on friday. I got the wrong seal. National has the number for an 02-06 (and the seal WAS correct based on the number) but it was not the right one. Tried one for an 97-01 d44, and it was wrong too. Gave up, and went to the dealership. Got the RIGHT one, finally.

I only lost about 1.5L of fluid out of the diff too... the whole street is covered in fluid.

Not too happy with national part numbers, or the fact that the parts store made no real attempt to help me (even though Im a regular there).

I replaced my front brakes and rotors. It runs a ton smoother and stopped the brake noise!

Why are you going to try and sand epoxy? Epoxy is a ***** to sand, plus it's not high build. I would spray a high fill 2k primer then do your sanding.

HVLP gun doesn't make much overspray, nothing in the shop has overspray on it either.

I'm a ******* and there's like 3 runs on the passenger side, so I gotta sand them out.

Just planning on sanding the runs out and spraying the base/clear on the epoxy. The tub and front clip are crooked as hell on this jeep, not really gonna try to make it perfect.
