The crossmember parts are Polyperformace bushings, with 1.5 Dom tube for the crossmember, and 5/16 tabs to mount it to. The mount is just a piece of 3/16 cut to fit.
There was just enough 6061 left to make an engine skid later on. After I learn to tig aluminum.
Grand total of about 600.00

are your poly performance bushings rubber or poly?
I used ruffstuffs bushings; they are poly and i'm possibly looking to replace them with rubber.

They are Poly, I have the ruffstuff also but used them for cage tie ins. The Poly ones seem to be a little softer material than the Ruffstuff ones.

Haven't done it yet, but I am going to center the steering wheel. Then I am going to clean out the interior, and possibly vacuum it out.

Broken Arrow Trail
Went wheeling on the Broken Arrow Trail in Sedona, AZ. Voted as the best off-road trail in the state. Very short trail (4 mi) but extremely fun. I was very impressed with how the jeep performed. Went down the infamous staircase without a problem. Climbed everything climbable (is that a word?) and no problems. I was out there with all jeeps, JK, TJ, XJ as well as a few Rubicons. An awesome experience.
Sway bar was connected and open diff. Maybe I can wait on the Currie AR and my lockers. I don't think I want to wheel much more than Broken Arrow.

1. installed hard top rack
Rack $57 bucks
Painted rack with a can of flat black duplicolor $6 bucks
Getting it installed $18 bucks (only rack, lights wiring still pending)
4 head lights $57 bucks
Total cost: $138 bucks and several pounds of weight added to the hard top, which now makes it more difficult to remove, next time ill be building a hoist so i can remove it by myself

Did you build the hard top rack yourself or buy it?

Well, my used motor showed up today at my buddies shop... and I'm not particularly pleased. First, the salvage yard a few hours away from me accidentally shipped it to Atlanta, Georgia apparently. Now that I have it, it's not what I was told it was. It's a 4.0L and tagged to have come from a '99 Cherokee AUTOMATIC. I was told it was from a 5 speed Wrangler.
Can anyone tell me specifically whether or not I'm going to run into any issues and what exactly needs to be done differently to adapt from automatic to manual on the engine side of things?

Took off the broken super wide flares that came on the Jeep and replaced with a pair of newly painted stock flares I picked up. If I ever meet the engineer that came up with the idea for nutserts, I'll kick him right in the nuts. All drilled out and replaced with well nuts.
