Not today but yesterday. Replaced the front pinion seal and nut to try and cure the front end rattle. It did work some now when I take off I don't always get the pinion bounce. . But for now it will have to do..In the process of moving and selling the house so once that is all done I will be taking it in for proper repair at the same time I get my new tires and alignment. I do know the front gears and all are ok since I opened it up and checked it out. Also changed the fluid in the transfercase and swapped over to Mobil1 10w30 in the trans....Still have a bit of grinding so it may also be time to have the syncros changed..
When will I get to save some $$ for my anti rock????

Now can anyone tell me what this clip is for?? The d35 doesn't have one that I can recall. It doesn't allow one shaft to spin freely when you hold the other one still.

Added a driving lamp on my rear tire carrier for added reverse lighting. Plus it doubles as light for camping when I swing out the tire :-)

How much does it cost to have a starter rebuilt?

Attached a mini Maglite to my dashboard for easy access:
Also attached a hatchet to the back of the front passenger seat. Gotta take care of those zombies somehow:
