To the above post, if you heat up the plastic, it brings it back to black? I have bushwacker pocket flares, I wonder if it will work.

Rubbing transmission fluid into the plastic also brings it back. I do it to all my door/window seals to keep them from dry rotting.

That is an open carrier, no locker or LSD, if you lift the rear of the jeep up, and spin on wheel, the other should spin the opposite way.

I know its not open though. Ive done the dirt test where you pop the clutch to see if 1 or 2 tires spin. Both spin. Time to lose the axle anyways

She's alive again! after having many troubles with the engine spueing oil out, I finally found out the answer. I had replaced the PCV (CCV) elbow with a new one, but turns out it was the 4.0 instead of the 2.5. Caused to much pressure inside the crankcase and blew the o-ring from the distributor and oil was going everywhere. Replaced it with a 2.5 and it runs better than ever now. Note to self: some 4.0 parts dont interchange with 2.5 parts

Cargo lights
Put in some cargo lights behind the seat. Got the lights from a Chevy blazer. What do you all think?
