She got a new starter, now it doesn't sound like I have a dead battery when I start her up

It's better to be dead and cool than alive and uncool.
Nothing like a permanent reminder of a temporary feeling. I have a few.

Are you using it for interior lighting? If so just tap in to one of the current courtesy light feeds and don't worry about a fuse.

I am using it for interior but I plan to run two seperate independent feeds wired to two rocker switches left over from my KCs and either directly to the battery or a continuous feed. So I need to add some inline fuses.

I would use fuses for the size wire you are running, i would fuse it at the battery, i did my lights and amp that way.

Mmmmm DC-2s, nice choice. Had mine since before summer and absolutely love em. There's nothing like that feeling of pulling up to the tire shop to see some brand new shoes on your baby

Well I don't know fuses based on wire size but the entire strand pulls 20mA which is .02A so i assume I should get the lowest rated fuse at RS which is probably .1A

Went wheeling. Scraped on most everything. Jeeps are capable stock but not very on 28's.

Most of it was rock up a mountain. Hardest hit was to the lower CA mount. I probably could've made it to the top but the risk wasn't worth the reward.

Número uno on the priorities list is a lift and tires followed by skids/TT.

You're doin it right man. Wheel stock for a while, figure out what you need then mod. Too many people open their wallet and shotgun everything in the Quadratec catalong and end up regretting it. Good on you.

Some people say I'm going to cheap out on the lift but...I'm going to try RC's 3.25" with the new N2.0 shocks. The new shocks seem to have great reviews and hell for $425 it can't really be beat. It's atleast worth I try I think. Then I can concentrate on tucking the skid.
