Yesterday I drove it til the gas light came on, filled it up and found out I was getting 16.6 mpg with stock gearing, 33s and a 5 spd. Not too shabby, still waiting for rokmen to ship my Novak kit.

Your speedometer and odometer are not reading correctly due to the larger tires, did you adjust for this in your math?

Wow since the floor is only 18G that is a thick patch. I did the same thing on both sides of my jeep this year. Next time I am just buying replacement floor pans.

I installed a 3 inch lift on my TJ Yesterday, then drove it home. Now looking at adjustable rear track bar or rear upper control arms

Installed Autopal 7" H6024 6014 H4 Euro style headlights...got tired of not seeing in the dark. The difference was night and day. Also installed new Gabriel Ultra shocks in the rear. The Ranchos I bought 2 months ago were too long and not enough stroke.

How would I adjust this with my math? Odometer is spot on, 30 miles exactly to work. Say I'm at 66022 my odometer hits 66052 soon as I pull into the parking lot, take the same road to and from work every morning and night.(I used to drive my completely stock ranger back and forth to work and it was 30 miles exactly as well)

It's been a few years since I had this issue, but if I remember correctly, 33 inch tires, 3:07 gears, stock speedometer gear, my speedometer and odometer were 10% off approximately. When my speedometer read I was doing 50 mph, I was actually doing 55 mph... the odometer was off about the same. Use a GPS to get an accurate reading.

Renewed my JF Premium Membership for another year. So, more or less, this marks the one year anniversary of me really messing around with my TJ!
