Installed the Novak shift adapter, replaced all 6 nutserts, and installed a UCF transfer skid. Minimum clearance went from 16.5" to 17.75".

went to harbor freight to pick up some jack stands and left with a 12,000 lb winch with a 2 year warranty that was on sale

Should have spent the few extra bucks for a smittybilt. Still chineese but mine works every time I flip the switch.

I checked a bunch of auto parts stores and autozone had them, they are like ten bucks which are insane, but i had to have them, they come in a pair and they are the 3/8 ones...i cant remember the length but they are usually the same
