Put on a Rock Knob shifter knob.

I think I may take my side steps off but they are functional. I don't crawl with my rig, I hunt with it so most of what I deal with is mud, the side steps help keep that mess down. Plus my Wife and Pop would not enjoy climbing up into the jeep without them.

Replaced my serpentine belt and fan clutch. Serpentine belt was WAY easier than I expected it to be. Last time I did one on another vehicle I had to take half the engine apart, lol. I got all psyched only to find out it's about as difficult as changing the oil.

I also finally yanked my front DS out, needs a rebuild to shake the angry sparrows out of it. Anybody know a good place to get U-joints and that centering ball thingimajigger? I've never done a DS rebuild.... don't even know how to tell if parts are bad or just need a replacement. I figure at least with new u-joints I'll have zerk fittings.

Thanks raskull, just what I needed. Drove Jeep to work with top down! The redneck rear lift works like a champ with the RC front lift. Goes over speed bumps alot nicer, but the stutter bumps haven't improved. Oh well, at least it's not worse

Today I installed my new CB antennae and ARR mount. I also soldered all my wiring connections and fittings. Not much done, but I got a late start. Tomorrow I mount the CB, route my cable and test it out.

I picked up my new Jeep and drove 82 miles home. Yay!

(Okay, this was actually last week but I started moving the day I picked up the Jeep and I just got my internet back today. Busy week would be an understatement.)
