Got my groundpounder rear tire carrier mounted! This thing is totally sweet. Its sooo solid! Love it.

My spare 35 mtr w/kevlar will be here in 5-7 days, goodyear says. I guess its nationally backordered. But, she managed to find 1 in a warehouse in another state...

Last couple of days noticed a shimmy around 60mph. Took it in and got it rebalanced. One tire was really bad, two were ok, one was perfect. No more shimmy (yay)

Currently painting the headlight trim rings, finally. I didn't have a T-15 sized torx bit.. A trip to Harbor Freight fixed that. Now they're drying from their second coat. I think I'm going to need to repaint the grill this weekend too. It was starting to chip, so I guess I'm going to coat it up really well after I sand it back down. I really hate painting things and I suck at it.

Making my 99tj $2k special actually..oh I dunno...something like...road..uhh..SAFE!!!!

Hit 50mph going around a curve..and it was HFS hang on Lucy!!! DW damn near bucked me out!

Replaced the heim joint on the POS RE front trackbar, in the middle of replacing the axle bushing. Welded an ovaled rear track bar frame mount shut, then redrilled. Actually turned out nice.

Hoping I didn't leave my misalignment bushing at work, like a *******. Hoping they are in my wife's JK, otherwise I'm making an hour drive into work for stupidity. *sigh*

Going to drill out the trackbar axle mount to 5/8" to match the new heim joint, again for the POS RE heim joint. Then it's on to the seats. I have a set of '04 seats to go in.

Stood in the rain mounting my license plate in the center of the spare tire and then wired up some ricer style tag bolt lights. As soon as it get's dark I'll be able to tell if they are bright enough.

The snaps go all the way around the rear window. I bought the Jeep used and the previous owner must have broken the zipper. Doesn't matter cuz they will be gone soon. I'm getting a replacement top that has tinted windows in the rear.
