Yeah that would be the smart thing to do, but I don't really know how to get rid of a vehicle that doesn't run but is otherwise in great condition. Is there a market for that? I don't really want to mess with parting it out. I'm wondering if it would sell of ebay for $1000-$1500 or so, or am I dreaming?

I went and visited my Jeep at the body shop. Getting new fenders and a tailgate put on and the little rust fixed up on the tub. Then new paint.

I ratchet strapped the spare tire into the tub, and removed the spare tire tailgate mount. I'm going out tomorrow and I don't like the weight of the 33x12.5 on the tailgate for even driving around town, let alone bouncing around on some rocks. I'm having a friend make a brace to attach to the rear bumper to push up on/help support the weight of the spare. Once that's done I'll feel better about it.
I also removed the upper doors. Hard top and half doors looks sweet!
