I just ripped out all of the carpet

It's starting to feel like a real Jeep now. Next up on the list is the soft top I just ordered.

Installed my Jeeperman rear swingout bumper.

They didn't send the grommet with the LED brake light, and they didn't give me enough hardware to mount it. Then one of the studs for the spare tire stripped & fell out

Apparently Eddie does not own Jeeperman anymore... but I bought it thru Jason @ RedRock4x4 so I'm not worried about it getting resolved, it's just a bit irritating for the price

Changed the oil for the first time since buying it. Also swapped in a new steering dampener.

Changed the oil, put a set of 31x10.5s on my stock 15s (no lift yet) and put a Flowmaster 40 Delta Flow on. The latter took 6 hours...sigh.

I replaced my front Pinion seal and man was it a biotch. I knew the pinion nut was going to be hard. I consider myself pretty strong (benching about 260-275) and i had a 3.5ft breaker bar. I could not take the nut off it was not budging at all. I even had the wheels on the ground so the axle wouldn't spin. I thought my eyeballs were going to pop out. I lucked out, we had some contractors working on our bathroom and he noticed the problems i was having. He busted out a compressor with a impact gun. It was rated for 265lbs. it eventually got the nut loose, it must have been put on hella tight at the factory. I yanked out the old seal and put in the new one. Replaced the yoke and ujoint straps. Then i cleaned out the diff and used my new Lube Locker, we'll see how well it works compared to RTV. So far nothing is leaking.

I need to do the rear, but i need to look into getting my own compressor and impact wrench or renting one. I hope that the rear doesnt give me near as much trouble.

Tried to install an OME HD 2.5, ran out of time cause the front shocks gave me some trouble, could not get the top bolts out. Using another persons garage so I had to put the old crap back on until I can find more time and get a break from work.
