Tire rotation, oil change, coolant flush, new spark plugs and fan belt. Next week is transmission, transfer case, and brake job. 60,000 miles is a pain. Everything falls on it.

This site has a huge fan-base, but is still only a fraction of the Jeeper community. It amazes me of how many of us are not just constantly buying things for our rigs, but also constantly making improvements, changes, etc daily! Schweeeet.

Took her on the beach today, and finally got pictures of my painted flares. Used Rustoleum textured paint for plastic, I like it a lot, let's see how it stands up to the winter though.

finished installing quad pods and rear seat 2 inch lift to fit amps and mounting bracket. made the spacers out of a plastic dupont makes for fork lift bushings. i think it'll hold. then painted it RED cause that's what you do with mod's when you own a RED jeep.

went for another drive today

then i found this

a couple of highschool kids that were a bit drunk thought they could drive through that mud pit with a stock yj with 28" street tires. the jeep sucked up water and killed the engine so it didnt start but i pulled them out. after that i had enough of their stupidity and gave them the number to a local tow shop and got out of there.
