I beefed up my rear bumper. I noticed a crack in the weld where the bumper mount is, I dont trust the weight of the 35 on a bumper that the weld for the mount is breaking. So I welded some 1/8" angle iron to it. Its not going any where now. I stood and bounced on the carrier while it was open, it doesnt budge at all.

Poor quality control, bad raw material and/or poor workmanship.

Greenstuff did bite very well.

Drove it from my house at home to my friends house at school. I had to get it so I can get home tomorrow after my last exam. God I hate parking overnight in a place I dont trust.

Yes, sunroof for the hardtop.

From the instructions it looks like it should be a pretty straightforward job, just like the after-market shops do. But since it's me we'll see how it goes.

Take a look at this link -- a guy from Boston who put two into his LJ -- like a Land Rover. It kicks @ss!!!

I had the windshield pulled and resealed. We had 20+ inches of rain this week, and 3 inches of it stayed in the Jeep.

PS, this is number 50. Here comes the pics.
