replaced the blown rear sound bar speakers and put some bolts to hold down the hard top in. Just realized last week that the bozo that owned it before me only had like 3 bolts on the whole top...

From a few weeks ago:
Spare tire stop light.

HiLift jack mounting point.

Actually took a bracket from an old John Deere, cut it in two, welded back together in a different orientation, and added a gusset. Works well, although it will only be used for offroading. Don't want the jack to get stolen during everyday use.

Yea you have to drill 5 3/8" holes in each side. Its not too hard though and theyre on there pretty solid.

well this morning until about 2am I wired my buddy's LED tail lights up... it was all backwards, but it works. Also hooked up my trailer to my suburban so we can take his TJ on 40s wheeling tomorrow, since I decided not to take mine this weekend too.

After procrastinating over a month, I finally replaced my faulty front axle shaft seals, and U-joints. I had to repair one axle shaft to get the U-joint in it, but that's what the big hammer is for!
It took me 3 days to track down the correct seals for the rubi 44. None of the parts stores in town list the correct part. That's even getting NAPA to cross the seal#, and trying to cross the OE#. Thanks to the dealer's mestake on the first set of seals I got the correct ones over nite at no extra charge. BTW: anyone that's doing rubi front axle seals
jeep part # 05014852AA $15ea
Save your self the trouble and just get the from the dealer.

I feel you pain, I've done that before, just not ona Jeep, may I suggest a flat piece of 1/4 inch steel as a backer and a ball peen hammer?
Your lucky it didn't rip it off the welds.
