Do you know who sells one?
I'm planning a lift next year, so I was trying to find a good solution that would brace the track bar and it would be a bolt on and easily reversible.
Do you really think it would break the differential?
If you are just looking for a new rear track bar relocator mount then you can call up Rough Country. Mine has held up very well and I haven't heard of any issues from the other members running RC.

I have no idea if it would bust the diff but I would just look into it to be sure. If you are experiencing enough stress to bust the track bar mount, then I wouldn't want to revert that stress to the differential if you know what I mean.

Edit - And by looking at your jeep info it appears you have a YJ... but you posted in the TJ thread Do you also have a TJ that this will be mounted to?

I'm rebuilding an 05 unlimited and I drive a 95 YJ. It only lets you put one vehicle in the info page.

The bracket was bent from a side impact accident to the rear drivers side tire which shoved the bracket over and bent the track bar (I have a replacement track bar already).
I've found tons of relocator brackets for TJ's with lifts from 2" to 8", but no plain jane replacement brackets for a stock vehicle. I can make brackets to weld to the axle housing to strengthen it if you think that's better than this bolt on unit. I have a plasma cutter, chop saw and several welders, so that isn't an issue, but I am concerned now that it will do damage to my housing/axle if I go that route. I tried calling the company just now to get more info, but with no luck of getting a person on the phone.
Can anyone get me a measurement from the differential cover bolts to the center of the T55 bolt for the track bar to make sure my measurements are correct?

Then in that case even if you installed a relocator bracket it still might not line up right if the main bracket is bent and shifted. The only other thing I can think of is try and see if you can pick one up from a junkyard, or try and knock the original it back to the original position and weld bracket supports to the axle housing like you mentioned.

I also wouldn't exclude the idea of your bolt on unit... but I would just look into it more before going that route.

It creates loads of little ridges and teeth that increase grip on snow and ice.

Siping also reduces heat on your tread blocks, thus, it can give you a little longer tread life

The last three days, I changed my diff fluids, sandblasted the diff covers and painted them, painted my disconnects (I hate my discos), and installed an HD radio that was in my wife's car...

Picked up my tube fenders from being powder coated, came out awesome. One step closer to putting them on, hopefully this weekend.
