Took the top off and ran errands around town. We had a somewhat cool day at FT Riley!!! A little windy, the 2.5 had some trouble going up some hills with the three of us in there!!! Oh yeah, new radiator cap. The old one leaked out the top. No more coolant smell!!! Anyone have some spare hamsters to loan me???

Found some hard rubber feet for large machine shop equipment (e.g., a lathe) to use as tire isolators, to be able to mound my new 31X1050X15 spare on my standard spare tire carrier. It's a $10 solution that keeps me from having to shave down the originals (I'll need them when I buy new wheels with less bs).

Seemed like the best choice for my DD needs.. Now lets pray for blizzards in NY!! Stockers lasted 33k miles, front 2 bald as can be from 1,000 too many brake locks on unsuspecting victims while I laugh and the wife slaps me haha.

Over the course of the last week, I've been working on & off to get a bunch of small stuff done, including:
Adjustable rear UCAs SYE install Front & Rear differential drain/clean/regasket Front Pinion seal replacement while it was torn apart complete changing the rest of the fluids, minus coolant serious cleaning inside & out (hasn't been touched other than a spray off since I bought it & was very muddy) get my track bar back where it belongs (been driving almost a year on & off with it detached due to grade 8 bolts breaking, or disappearing somehow) Buff out all the scratches I picked up playing in the woods |

Today I'll be checking the tracking after a woman drove into my drivers side front wheel last night. It was a low speed collision and I didn't see any signs of damage (to the Jeep) last night, steering wheel is straight, but I'll check the tracking when I get to work.

Last night I took the rear tire off, removed the mount, and light. Cleaned it up a bit, and left it with the tire off.
It's a 33 and I'm running 35's so a buddy of mine wants to buy it. Win/ Win
