Its a little bit more work than that. These things are made in Boone, NC. Ive seen a few of them for sale in Myrtle Beach. While I would agree that they are overpriced, it is about the same price that I have seen others for sale for. Looks cool though!

I dont know what brand half top they are using, but you can find the half top for about 1300:

Black Mountain Hardtops

Thats all it takes to make one of those. Rip out the rear carpet and back seat, remove the rear roll bar, put in a half cab and bulk head and its what you see. That plus a 2" lift, Bushcracker pocket flares, a paint job, and spiffy rims and tires is not worth 15 grand over what Used rubi unlimiteds are going for currently.

unless it was a brute. no its not worth 29 g. all it as it the brute cab enclosure.. thats it. and was 32 inch tires. all that will prolly be worth like 3 g's give or take.

Finally got a subwoofer and amp, wired them up, and throughly enjoy them! I finally have bass, not just high-end sounds! Really filled out the sound spectrum....

You can't fail state inspection for no front plate... that's BS. You CAN get pulled over for no front plate as it is in the state code, but not the code for VA safety inspection. Same deal with tint on all your windows(except windshield... that isn't allowed for SI) and having a muffler... those aren't enforced in the state inspection but you can get pulled over for tint too dark or having too loud of an exhaust.

Read the state inspection code carefully, you are allowed up to 4" of tire to stick out from the fenders, BUT if you install clearance lights(amber front red in rear) you're fine. took the top and windows out. its gonna be nice for about a week

also drove it to school and parked next to another TJ. i noticed he/she had something dragging under neath it so i left a note letting them know that the hose was down and left it on the windshield with some zip ties. also told them to check out JF

Changed fluids in front and rear diffs
Cleaned and painted front and rear diffs (2 days ago)
Replaced the rear sway endlinks (bushings all cracked and fell out, way to go Rubicon Express!)
