Wheeled her this weekend with my boys around Ouray: Engineer, Cinnamon, Yankee Boy and Imogene. Incredibly beautiful country and a bunch of fun!! Lost a linch pin for the disco's...piece of coat hanger saved the day.

I had to make some extra space inside the Jeep for a car seat... So I bought a trail rack from Rugged Ridge that bolts to the tail gate. It will just about carry the cooler and other camping gear without overloading it. Pics when I get the product in the mail. It looks like a realy neat application.

i recently purchased a bestop RAP and it was fitting loose causing the belt rails along the rear side windows to come loose. after posting a question here, i went out to look at my hardware to see if i could remedy the problem. looks like the part that connects the top to he roll bar has become warped. since the replacements cost over $40, i got my drill and pulled the two plastic ends that are attached to the rear bar of the soft top hardware. i drilled through the screw hole so it extended through the other side and swapped the left with the right and flipped them so the top of the end faced down. this way, they were warped, but in the direction that does not cause the top to sag! this is only a temporary fix, but it worked quite well.

Gave it a shower. It's amazing how much more you can see when the windshield is clean.
