No. Putting it up there is the hard part, gravity helps you get it down.

Wouldn't hurt any. That was only a 33 I had on there to check for clearances and all 155lbs of me was struggling to get it up there. Good thing the tub ain't too far below it to cut some of the distance off.

ordered SOLID diff covers for front and rear diffs. Do I really need em? Prolly not but the price was right and I'm due to change the fluid anyway. Got them from a Vendor here at JF. http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f43/s...covers-818659/

After spending 2 hours waiting at the DMV (and they want to put health care in the hands of the government) I got my California plates and bolted the rear one on.

Just replaced the fron brake pads. Within today or tomorrow i'll also have the control arm skids welded on, do the front diff cover, and do the steering box skid.

I just bought mine 2005 unlimited. I added optima battery changed the anti freeze and put in 4 guage wire to run marine amplifier jl audio 4500 that I will install under rear seat. All new marine speakers 2-6x9 and 2- 5.25.

What do you guys think about all the other fluids are they still good. The jeep has 3500 miles and its a 2005. 4 years old. Oil was changed to mobil one full synthetic at 2000 miles on year two. Basically got driven about 1000 miles a year and never in winter. I know to change antifreeze but what about all the other fluids???

heres a pic
