how do you like it on the road? also putting on my longarms with it so my ride should be way different
I like it, I have it in the middle setting right now and isn't that bad on turns. I can always adjust it for firmer or looser settings. You should have a good ride with long arms, I'm jealous. The anti-rock is an easy install, haven't had a chance to take it off road yet.... This coming weekend tho
Tried mounting my Sway Bar after I had it painted ~ ran into a snag with a couple of bolts, made my quick links.. just need to cut the connecting rod, painted some couplers to keep my sway bar from shifting.
I've owned 2 YJs in the past but spent the last 8 years vehicless. Was wondering if I could get any inspiration. Found a 97, 4cyn (yes I know thats gay) but at least its standard. high milage needs a few parts (ujoints, swaybar linkages) new tires and brakes in the spring. Asking price is 2000. Does anyone think that in the long run that this may work out for me?? I accept that jeeps are jeeps and you love them for the heart ache they bring to your wallet. I would really like to develop my own mechanical skills on the side...
