Today and yesterday: Changed the Transmission filter, refilled, etc. You know the drill. Also, drained and refilled the T-Case.

Replaced an O2 sensor to get rid of that dang P0432 code. Reset the CEL and now I wait and hope it's fixed. O2 sensor cost $65 and it was a breeze to replace. More diagnosing with the long screwdriver to isolate the intermittent engine tick/clack - pretty sure it's a lifter.

this past week: bought a pair of hummer sunglasses (work for an optometrist) and my jeep punished me later that day with a check engine light.

Built Custom rock rails that would fit the Aev Highline fender flares.
After spending $120, taking all the measurements it only took about 6 hours to fab up a nice looking pair. not including paint, finished pictures will soon be up.

[QUOTE=0psisucks;7762084]Got her stuck for the first time today.

Congrats on breaking it in. Amazing how you kept the body clean, not after you get some 12.5's! Hey, paint those flares and you'll feel like you own a show car.

I'll be getting rid of the stock fender flares altogether, at least in the front. I'm hoping that will help with the faded look

Today I've slept, mostly. But yesterday I filled her up and drove her out to the hunting lease and, with the new 35's in place, used her as a ranch vehicle, pulling up t-posts, dragging old stand-up feeders around, standing in the back seat for new hanging feeders, etc.

I've decided I love her.

Here are some pics, I offer as proof:

Sorry, no pictures yet. I wrecked my TJ today, some idiot ran a stop sign and plowed into the passenger side door doing about 40mph. Both my kids were in the jeep... we all walked away with only a few scratches and bruises. I'm surprised how well the jeep protected us in the crash... the smittybilt POS step bars actually took the brunt of the impact. However I'm pretty sure that the jeep is totaled... looked like the frame got pushed in a few inches. Had oil and radiator fluid spewing under the jeep. I just got back from the hospital, and now I am already looking for a replacement jeep. Life sucks when you are jeepless. I'll get another one once the insurance settlement comes in, my wife wants a rubicon. Wish me luck!
