Started to write that english paper...then remembered i needed to clean the jeep... turns out i cleaned it last time i had a paper due so it wasnt too dirty...so i took the grinder out again and cleaned up a few surface rust bubbles and primed/painted them..back to that paper...

Swapped in my 4 banger 4.10 rear axle.

Front axle will get done sometime this week.

I was able to stop that by clamping a decent sized ViceGrip to the large washer at the top. Although I suspect this will only hold to a point.

The real problem is that the nut is totally seized to the shaft and the corners are now completely rounded off. I'm going to have to cut it.

I got three of the tires changed the other day, Ran out of time to do the last.

Plans for this week...

Finish the Prep work for my tube fenders
Remove and paint tube fenders
Remove, modify, and repaint rocker guards
Hopefully weld the rear tube fenders on if they get to me this week and do some cutting on my rear corners.
I also want to clean out my Currie JJ's.

Added two ammo cans on my side. Here's a pic of one side. This one is for my small camping stuff (matches, lighter fluid, trash bags, etc.). The other side is a red cross tin for my first aid kit. I love this warm February.

Yeah, usually we are under a foot of snow or cold as all hell. However, this Feb. I have worked on my Jeep almost 1/2 the month. Sorry, VA will warm up soon enough.

Took off those stock side steps....

lol I think I gained two inches in lift. Gonna sell them on e-bay after I toss some satin black fusion paint on them.
