I took apart my already-falling-apart rear vents on my hard top, cleaned 'em all up, and put the back in, good as new.

This morning I checked on my Rit dyed rollbar pads, and they were purple again. I stopped by the auto body paint store and bought a can of aerosol fabric paint on the way home from work. I painted them about an hour ago, and they are now dry and black. I will put them on in a couple of hours.

wired up my ipod interface for my pioneer head unit. plugged up some holes in my grant rear bumper with wine corks to keep the constant belgian rain out of there. one glass a day = good for you, one bottle a day = good for my jeep

I was able to drive away, the truck had to be towed.

brutal...i've left a couple careless drivers in my wake as well. a brand new cadillac, and a volkswagon. the caddy did some damage, i had to replace a fender. when i ran over the volkswagon, i cracked a foglight lens. still worked though...
you thinking your insurance will call this a total loss?

Well the past few days I've:
Rewired my CB
Painted my OR-Fab Tire Carrier (took forever)
Installed my Rock Crusher diff covers.
Adjusted my rear trackbar
Torqued my suspension
Did an alignment.

I've slept a total of 5 hours in the past 2 days because of that Jeep, but I still love it.

Did the Police say anything about not having a 3rd brake light for that accident?

I installed my ZJ V8 coils up front, got an extra inch lift (over my 2in BB) Also installed my quick disconnects, and my T-Max Outback 10,000lb winch. That thing is a brute.

Sorry for the dark picture.

I was wondering about this. I just did a REBB install last week and plan on adding a winch soon- would the ZJ springs even it out?

I just used the ZJ springs up front with no boosters and it seemed to make it a bit more even than before, a good inch at least. I may still add some small 3/4 boosters later to finish it all out. But I had the heavy duty rear springs from the factory so it sits just a hair higher in rear.

But yes the ZJ springs leveled it out a ton I was at 35in from ground to bottom of fender in front before with the BB, now I am at about 36 3/4in up front. and about 38in in rear.

No....looks like they are estimating about $3400. The frame is bent, Hard top is cracked, etc. My Dad has a body shop so I'm not upset. It'll be getting a new paint job, a Herculined tub, and some other goodies courtesy of Nationwide.

I had a run-in with a Honda Accord. $3500 worth of damage to the Honda, while my Jeep came out with only a broken fog-light.
