What is this?

Is this the discharge tube (pic1) for the water that gets in through the vent (pic 2) ? If so how do I clean it out? What did you use? Compressed air? A long piece of wire? Tia.

Condensate drain for the condenser inside the HVAC box under the glove box. It lets the water that collects when the AC is used drain out of the box.

Thanx for the quick reply. So I assume nothing should leak out of it unless the AC is being used? By the way... I installed a set of your brake pads on my 2005 LJ last week and I am extremely happy with their performance. I can actually lock up my brakes if I want to! Thanx for the pads and the help identifying that tube.

I think I added an extension on to mine to keep the water out of the frame.
