Wet Ignition Issue

After a long rain storm or spell of damp weather, my Jeep ('97 2.5L) goes through a period of very rough idle and running. It eventually works itself out after driving for a few minutes. I have changed cap, rotor, wires and plugs, but it still continues. any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
