Went trail riding, now it clicks when I turn?

I went trail riding tonight and it was completely dry where we went but I had my swaybar disconnected and I noticed that I heard some clicking on my front end and I got out and realized that it clicks once or sort of pops when the steering wheel first moves from front its stationary position. Any idea what this could be? I got underneath and it is coming from the front end where the steering box, upper track bar mount, and pitman arm is but I don't know which one is making the noise. Let me know any thoughts on what it might be. Thanks in advance.

tighten the controll arms, mine did that and that solved it, may need a shop to do it with air tools

my swaybar came loose right after the lift install, made a very similar noise, went back and tightened that up and fixed it right up. could be any number of things, but thats my .02.

Front U-joint? mine has been "ticking" "popping" more and more these days... happens whenever I change load (from accel to decel) or tight turning.

I hope it isn't a U-joint. That will be a little harder fix than just tightening some bolts.

I have this problem also. It's been doing it since i put on the 3.5 lift. You just barely have to turn the wheel to make it pop. Anyone have a clue yet?

Trackbar passenger-side mounting bolt loose? Have someone turn the steering wheel back and forth while you inspect the front end to see what is loose or clicking.

Well, I tightened my trackbar and made sure nothing on my sway bar was lose but it still pops when I turn and hit a bump and sort of vibrates a little in 1st gear at low speed under the floor board by my feet? I can't figure it out!!!
