Weird noise in 3rd gear...

Hi guys, I've searched the web for some kind of explanation of this noise and I'm not sure if I'm finding threads with the right description. So I figured I'd post here and get y'all's opinion.

Ok so when I'm in 3rd gear at a cruising speed, I guess around 35-40mph, I hear this faint noise that is somewhat high pitched and has a fast clicking/rattle noise to it.

For the musical people in the group, it sounds almost exactly like a lip trill when you warm up your vocals. See this video here, noting that the pitch of the noise from the Jeep stays pretty constant. The video shows someone running scales. But you get the point.

Again, it's very faint and you can only hear it if you don't have any music playing or if you're just anal like I am.

Is this normal or something I should get checked out?
