Wave Vibration

Driving into work today I noticed a pulsing vibration starting at engine bay then slowly progressing to the rear of the jeep and then starts back in the engine. I've never payed much attention to it before because I was battling DW. I recently got new tires (balanced) and an alignment. When I feel this vibration RPMs don't change and road conditions dont change. Seems like a "wave" moving through my jeep. Anyone else had this happen or any advice on what it could be??

sounds like a couple tires aren't quite balanced. they are setting up a harmonic vibration because they are bouncing at slightly different rates.
