Water in PCV and Breather tube????

I noticed yesterday when I changed my air filter that there was soem Moisture in the PCV tube and the rear vent tube going to the filter bowl. I noticed the rear tube actually had more water in than the front. Do I have a problem brewing here?? It never overheats, but it does smoke in eth morning, especially on cold days, but it goes away after a minute or so. Is this just some ocndensation or is there a head gasket going?? please let me know what you think.

Is it water or antifreeze? If you head gasket was going I woudl think that it would be antifreeze.
