Water leak.

After a huge rain last night I still have a water leak on the drivers side. It is not the cowl leaking. I have done cleaned the cowl, and my passenger side is dry. On the drivers side's interior the Jeeps door handle has a little water coming out from underneath it. The top of door panel where the glass gasket that squeezes the glass as you roll the window up and down has a little water standing between the glass and door panel. My floor mat caught a huge puddle of water. The drivers side plastic trim that covers the wire harness is wet up behind it. Could it be I need a new door seal? I'm sure the water is leaking up high somewhere and running down the door, but that does not mean I'm correct. Any suggestions has anyone had a leak with the same symptoms?

If I buy a door seal do I need to buy one from the factory or get an after market? Morris 4X4 has good reviews on there's. Quadretec has them for the same price but no reviews. At the same time I hate to buy one because I'm not sure if it is my door seal. The top of my hard top and the fire wall felt dry earlier.

Could be from a number of places... have someone soak the jeep with a hose while you look for the problem area
