How easy is it to put down the top compared to the old one?

I want one soooo bad! But right now, that price is too high for me. Awesome write-up. One thing I would like to know is how it handles hard rain....I know that you only experience that ever blue moon in AZ, but here in Indy we get it A LOT.

the big appeal of the Viking top is it is a soft top that converts to a safari top...plus I think the fast back look is better than a traditional soft top.

I have a July 2007 version of the Viking and will say it did not leak at all durring a downpour, with 60mph gusts and a tornado surrounding me. As I can tell, the biggest change in design is that they added velcro down the back window.

Great write-up again...

Just got my top today, it rained most of the day so I didn't get a chance to put it on, but it looks great.

Nice to see the changes to the top Stu. Looks like it fits 100x better than the 1st gen ones. I got my replacement coming in the mail, can't wait.
