Good idea but I already have a bumper mounted swing out tire carrier. My hinges worked great, and I just know there could be a good use for them, for a homemade something on my Jeep. I am just at a loss for what it could be, and was hoping someone else was too cheap to throw there's away, and came up with something interesting.
