Upgraded My Head lights what a difference!

So for Christmas, I treated my self to some new headlights for the heep.

I opted for the Hella Driving Vision + lights from Quadratec for a $100.

These things are amazing. They light up the road on low beam for about 150ft further than stock. as far as high beam, forget about it they light up the sky like its day time. they also put out a great driving pattern, I haven't had anyone flash me saying that they were to bright, I swore that they would be, considering how bright I thought they were.

I think I'm going to get the IPF Fatboy Bulbs for them in a month or so and really light up the trails!

I highly recommend these lights

Put in a link to what and where you got them. I'm going to be buying head lights soon and I would like to know thanks.

At that price, for another $20 you can have HIDs.

I ordered the Hella 79562 E-codes, with standard 60/55 H4 bulb.
Susquehanna Motorsports through Amazon.
Should be on my front porch this afternoon.

100/55w halogen for now. I want to see (literally) what they look like and might go bigger later. I dont do much night rally racing so I dont need the HID's. I would also not choose to rewire anything if it isnt necessary for the light kit.

Tag for updates.
Just worried that it will make my stock foglights look even weaker. Sure would be nice to upgrade those as well.

Wow. This from a "Quadratec Jeep parts expert". AND a firefighter.

HIDs in e-code housings are illegal, AND cause blinding glare to oncoming traffic. HIDs, DONE RIGHT, meaning in HID housings with correct aiming, are great. NONE of the cheap approaches to HID inn a TJ are "done right".

OP...
Hella ecodes with Hella bulb work very well, and the stock wiring will easily support 100/80 watt bulbs. Fatboys not needed and the fatboys are both far more expensive as well as having a shorter life.
