He used builder parts that we make and had them coated. Can't wait to see this thing on the Lake Bed in a few weeks!

How come no update here Gerald? What was it? First lap of last year's KOH in three hours and change? Top speed 107? Was that out on Means?

Read'em and weep boys is how the saying goes!

107 MPH on the lake bed by the sand dunes the other side of the mountain to the north. 110 miles of the first lap of last years main race. Cruising 3:14.

The Jeep is a monster!

Notice the word "by" v. "on" in relation to the dunes.

Feb. 3-8. Full schedule at ultra4racing.com. You don't need tickets. Arrive at Hammertown (Means Dry Lake Bed accessed by Boone Road). Hopefully choose to make your donation at the welcome gate. Camp where ever in the desert you stake out space. Enjoy.

If you go over to Pirate in the Competitions forum there are a lot of threads with information about attending, recommendations, etc. also. I'm happy to respond to PMs also. Spent 17 days there last year working for Hammerking. Unfortunately won't be making it this year though. Attending at least once is a must do for anybody who loves offroading.

To be fair... it is still on a stock frame running coils and shocks. 107 in the desert is trophy truck territory and those trucks have at least twice the 14" suspension stroke that this Jeep has. Pretty damn impressive IMO.
