how are you going to get air to your blower? are you going to use a snorkel or hope for the best between water and mud? (i have no idea where you are located)

I'll draw air from behind the dash. Probably using the hole made when the heater box is removed.
That's a later project. I have to get the weight down, the suspension done, safety stuff and the 2.4 in and running first.

What makes the owners ideas important to them. Instead of bragging about how much you know about your topic. Or flat out derailing the thread with ideas the owner has no interest in.

 kind like me going in a thread about building a mud truck and pushing an LCG build.

It wasn't meant like that, but ok. You cry about people giving you ideas, then cry about all the "un-needed comments". Seems like what you want is your own webpage or something. It wasn't made 100% clear to me at first that you ARE 100% ONLY INTERESTED IN BUILDING A S/C 2.4L 180hp MOTOR. Sorry I threw ideas out there and offered to give you a set of SRT4 pistions, WOW.

I'm only interested in mating an Eaton M62 to the 2.4. I don't much care what the HP numbers will be.
I missed the offer of pistons, but I'm using stock compression as the base. Like I said earlier, the forced induction is mostly for altitude compensation. I wheel from 2000' up.

theres more to this than just the engine......but it seems like the focus.

It's nice you have your build well planned in advance. Perhaps you should have been more clear in your first post that you wanted to do all the talking and not have any replies other than the generic obligitory ego-stroking responses such as "Hey man, nice build I wish I had just a fraction of your awesome talents" or "Wow, Your Jeep is so tough and so are you. I bet you were really popular as a kid. More pics please."

This has nothing to with mental masturbation.
