UCF TJ Long-Arm Upgrade Kit?

Hey I was wondering what your guys thoughts are on the UCF TJ Long-Arm Upgrade Kit? It looks look a great idea for those of us on a lower budget but still looking for quality. It uses:

-Rough Country Long Arms w/
*Clevite instead of poly bushing.
*Currie Johnny Joints instead of RC X factor joints.
Then it uses UCF weld in mounts so there is no cutting of the frame as well.

Thoughts?? Anyone running it. Looks awesome to me using high quality components where the RC kit fell a little short.

x2, thanks for bringing this to my attention!

Currie is legendary for their joints, and ive never heard of a RC long arm snapping, i think its a great idea

Our long-arm upgrade kits are very new to the market. We are using a combination of parts that have been relied on in the Jeeping community for years. I believe we have combined good suspension design with quality parts to produce a value never before seen in a long-arm upgrade kit. They ride great and perform very well both on and off-road. Call me if you have any questions about the kits.

Thanks,

This might just be the answer to all of us cheap a$$es that want a long arm kit.
The only other two kits that I know of that compare in cost are the Rusty's and the RC. I don't really like the mounts on either of them and I have seen some complaints about their joints.

And UCF has just about everything else on my immediate list of to-do's for my jeep...engine, t-case skid, gas skid, and now, long arm upgrade, and they are some of the best to deal with as far as customer satisfaction. It would be great to see a package price for all their armor and I hope someone tries the long arm soon, because if not I'll just have to go for it when funds allow! Anyone want to buy all my short arms? haha

Bringing it back up. I'm also curious to see if anyone has tried this yet? Does UCF carry everything else needed to complete the kit, or would it need to be purchased through RC?

I have sold several of these kits. Not sure if they were to forum members.

I only sell the brackets, arms and joints. All other suspension lift parts would have to be purchased elsewhere.

Thanks,

Anyone try this kit yet, looking to upgrade my suspension in the near future. I just picked up the jeep and it has what I believe to be a 4" Rough Country basic kit on it right now.

Does it matter what size lift springs for the UCF long arm kit?

3" and up lift springs work best.
