If you take out the Tcase drop you won't need the lo-pro mount, the stock one will work fine will all the ADJ. arms you have.
You will be able to get rid of the T-Case skid drop either way.
If you get the lo-pro you'll be money ahead for the TT, if you get the novak cable shifter you'll also be money ahead for the TT.
But considering where you're at right now, you realistically don't need either one.
The entire reason the skid drop kit is on there is to adjust the angle of the rear output shaft to match your pinion angle.
All the adjustable arms will allow you to do just that without the drop.
If you must spend $140-150 get the cable shifter first. It will allow you to put on a BL/MML and be able to easily keep your tcase linkage in good shape.
