U-Joints

Are the drive shaft U-Joints and axle U-Joints the same?

no

driveshafts use spicer 1310's

axle shafts use a few different ones depending on year of the axle. look up spicer 5-760X

I have two spicer 5-760Xs right now for the axle shafts....just wanted to make sure. I thought they were different, but someone told me they used the same ones for their driveshaft...

I guess anything is possible. but for a regular TJ with dana 30/35 with a 231 T-case the driveshafts use spicer 1310's

Rubicons are a bit different... but still dont use the same u-joint in the DS and axle shafts.
