Tera makes a nice one (I have one), they generally require adjustable rear upper control arms and relocating the rear shocks (mounts available to do this). Nth makes a very popular one as well.

Why do you think you need a tummy tuck ?
I mean if you don't know what a TT is why do it?

i'm sorry I thought you said you were going to order one.
Sometimes people find the forum and start thinking that they need 4" of lift 35" tires 4.88 gears winches etc to drive their Jeeps to the work everyday.
I get caught up in it too. I was thinking of the 3" FT with the 1.25 jks BL 33" tires, until I started thinking about how I use the jeep.I quickly reined in my ambitious plans and started planning a smarter build for me.31's with a 2.5 lift will work best for my needs. I understand everybody uses their jeeps differently ,but sometimes taking a step back and analzying ones needs can save some money and unnecessary mods.
If you want it, go for it

Making one is not too hard, There are several posts on how people have done them. I built one out of Aluminum. If you build your own, coming up with a design that will support the transmission is probably the hardest part, I used a separate transmission support simular to the 33 engineering one.
Key things.
You will need a SYE and adjustable rear upper control arms "especially if included with a with a lift" as it makes some steep driveline angles.
You will proably want a 1" body lift, could work without one but would be tight also depends on how flat you want to go
Transfer case shifter relocation bracket ( I had some binding in and out of 4WD, this corrected it)
May have to bend your shifter a little, Mine just touched the ash tray when in 4th.

John

When designing a pan. You need to make it be able to not just support the trans TC. But the weight of the whole rig. Think about it. If you high center on the skid the 4000+# will be on it.

i appreciate your concern, and i understand how people come on here everyday and expect us to tell them that it just takes some to coils and shocks to run 35s, but i've been a member for awhile now, i've asked a lot of questions and learned a lot, i know i have a lot more to learn...i researched on here, and wheeled my jeep pretty much stock for almost a year before choosing the lift and other mods i ordered....with the tummy tuck, i could get rid of my shovel i have under my jeep right now, so i figured i'd ask a few question doesn't mean i would go out and order one tomorrow, just means i'm wanting to learn more about what i'm thinking about doing...which sounds like a good thing to me. thanks for stopping by...sorry to sound like an ***, but i'm not one of those guys that come on here and ask "I wanna run 37s, what do i need?!"

would you suggest something like 1/4 plate, with some welded supports on upper side....would the easiest and probably best idea be getting a 33 engineering trans mount, then to put on a properly designed plate?

1/4" works well. Some strategically placed angle iron welded on top too. You can get an aftermarket mount like 33's or use different stock parts (AT & MT) to come up with one that will work. If you are going tru-flat. Budget a 1.25 - 2" BL in the mix.
