Tuffy underseat storage on passenger side?

I have an 04 tj. It has the easy entry or fold and tilt seat on the passenger side and non tilt on drivers. I was curious if anyone has attempted installed one under the passenger seat. If you have was it simple or did you have to modify a lot. I have one under the driver side and love it.

Yea tuffy makes one for the fold and tilt seat, but it says for drivers side. I'm just curious if it would fit the passenger side. I've search and can't find where anyone has tried one on the passenger side of a tj.

I've been told that the tuffy underseat storage once installed prevents the tilt and fold feature, which was the dealbreaker for me.

I have one installed on the passenger side. I got the one made to work with the fold and tilt seat. I put it on the drivers side first but thought I would like it better on the passenger side.

There are two different versions. Make sure you get the one designed to work with the fold and tumble seat. Only drawback is that it is smaller.

It doesn't interfere with oem bottle jack underneath the seat or block it in?

I can't comment on bottle jack clearance, mine was missing when I bought it.

Not if you get the one for the fold and tumble.
