Tuffy Lock on Console Broke?

On a 2000 Jeep Wrangler the center console lock unscrewed and fell in the tuffy box? Anyway of getting it open if it was locked? Will post a pic if need but im talking about the key lock, the top came off and the bottom part of lock fell in.

I think I know what you're talking about, but when you can, give us a call at the factory - 1-800-348-8339. We'll get things figured out!
