Tub mounted spare tire Carrier....donor vehicles?

Has anyone taken a tub mounted tire carrier off another vehicle and fab'd it for a TJ. I saw something on possibly using a blazer or jimmy carrier but it never got into specfics. Looking to mount a 35" tire on it.
Any ideas? Oh not looking for a new one right now so that is out.

Why not take the spare tire carrier off the tailgate and mount it flat on the tub floor? All it would cost is the price of the bolts.

Still using the back seat so that is not an option right now. Good idea though.

92 and up broncos SHOULD have an exterior tire carrier and there are scads of them in all of the junkyards. even some pre 92's had them but i've seen them moreso on the 92-96 broncos. btw- i've had 3 broncos so i kinda know what i'm talkin about with these
