True crossover steering???

Could someone explain to me what "True crossover steering" is & does it really help?

true cross over steering is when the draglink is seperate from the tierod.the draglink would go from the pitman arm to the passenger side knuckle.then the tie rod would go from the passenger knuckle to the drivers side knuckle. does that explain it for you

some will also say that true crossover steering is when the steering components stated above pass over or ontop of a set of leaf springs to keep them out of harms way

It can also make it easier for death wobble to occur.

Dirtgrip, man this is strange as the description on the ad said.."eliminates the dreded Death wobble" ...I guess there is never a cure for the DW's...

It's a HP D60 by Terra called a CRD or Constant Radius Design.It looks funny but the driveline angle is good and drives well.It's sort of like they twisted the housing but put the pinion shaft up higher.

Who's stuff are you looking at? Death wobble can be cured-mine is gone.It's just seems it's easier to get started with crossover.
