Transmission output seal leaking?

2.5L, MT

Ok guys, I am stumped on this one. During a longer trip, while towing a trailer, my transmission developed a leak between the trans and t-case, so I pulled the t-case and replaced the transmission output seal, but it is still leaking! Now it leaks after it gets warmed up, usually after driving on the highway for a few minutes. It's not a fast leak, and doesn't leak when sitting still or driving short distances at low speeds.

When I pulled the t-case, i did notice a tiny bit of shaft play in the t-case input shaft, which forms the seal with the trans output seal. Do you think this is an issue? If so, where can I buy a remanufactured t-case (don't have time to do it myself)?

Any other ideas on why it is still leaking? I can try replacing the seal again (maybe a bad seal, or I messed something up installing it).
