Transfercase shifting

I went to go mess around the other day and I couldn't get the T-case to shift into 4H. I've adjusted the bolt for the linkage a few times trying to tweak it. This brings me to my second and third issue. I also can't get it into N or 4L.............Any ideas, do I need to tweak the torque shaft?

Stay away from mud..........No but seriously I HATE mud
