Tranny Mount With a Motor Mount and Body Lift

I've got a 1" body lift on my TJ and of course have occasional issues shifting to 2nd gear....moreso when in 4-Lo. I looked at my transmission mount last night and it's pretty torn up.

I was going to just get a new one, but then I thought of something. Shouldn't the tranny be raised 1" like the body and motor? And this would likely (hopefully) address my shifting issue. So does anyone make a 1" taller motor mount or should I just make some spacers for it?

I'm not interested in a tummy tuck right now, but that may happen eventually.

Thanks,
Tommy

I've never seen a raised transmission mount, But it would cause problems
with your drive line angle. The reason you have a one inch engine lift
it so lessen the drive line angle. You do not mention if you have a lowered
transfercase skidplate, or an SYE. You have in your signature a mention
of a 4.5 inch lift. So I am assuming you have one of them.

If you lift your tranny up your gonna have bad vibes if you have a lowered
skid plate, This will negate your engine lift helping your driveline angle.

If you have an SYE and a CV driveshaft, you can get a tummy
tuck and it will raise your transmission up one inch and level your
engine and transmission. You will have to adjust your rear pinion angle too.

I do have a SYE and CV driveshaft so there's no worries there. The reason I have a MML isn't to lessen driveline angle. It's to eventually do a tummy tuck, to get the oil pan a bit higher, and to keep the motor/fan properly positioned with everything else under the hood. The prev. owner had done it, actually, but that's immaterial.

If someone makes a taller tranny mount to level the tranny/t-case with the motor (after a MML), I'll get it. I just don't know if anyone makes one and I need to get something ASAP.
