Torque specs on oil pan bolts

I replaced my oil pan after having punctured it on a rock. I have the new one in place but I'm unsure how tight the bolts need to be. I've snugged them down evenly without much pressure so as to not crush the gasket, is this good enough? 4.0L engine.

My FSM shows the 1/4-20 bolts getting 84 inch pounds while the larger 5/16-18 bolts get 132 inch pounds. Just in case you were wondering, the drain plug is 25 foot pounds.
