Torque converter lock up solenoid question

The check engine light on my girlfriends Wrangler is on and showing P0743 torque converter solenoid problem. I think the transmission is a 32RH, so I'm guessing the solenoid in inside the pan at the valve body, just wanting to know what I'm getting into here. I haven't checked connections or ohmed out the solenoid yet, the code will not clear, as soon as the engine starts it comes back on, and the converter is definitely not locking up. Thanks for any help on this !!!
