James (bennettj13) used it and I spent quite a bit of time trying to help him dial in the front end with a JK 44 prior to him setting the project aside altogether. IMO, it made setting up the steering more difficult and really won't help you gain much without introducing other issues. While it does move the pitman arm mounting point forward, it also moves it down.
Think about the real constraints preventing the front axle from moving forward. Those constraints aren't going anywhere as long as you've got a TJ axle with TJ knuckles under your Jeep. If you want to push the front axle forward a significant amount (any amount, really) then you'll have to do some serious work or just go to full hydro steering. That's really all there is to it and the TNT kit really won't do much to help you.
