TJ wiring with 5.3 swap

I'm at the point of wiring in my 5.3 swap.

Can anyone tell me what the pinouts are on a 2006 TJ PCM? Specifically the 3rd from left's the only one still connected and ties into the PDC/cab.
I'm not using any factory gauges and running a TH400 so no electronics there.
I'd like to remove the PCM completely but I'm not sure if there's anything at all I may need.

Good Luck! Sounds like you're at the tie in to OEM, which is a major PITA, took me the better part of a month to get it all sorted.
I run with no Jeep PCM due to using autometer gauges, and none of the stock harness (save for some lighting).
You should google for your specific year Factory Service Manual, it will have all your terminals, plugs, wires, and colors accurate to your year (I'm hesitant to answer from my 98 FSM, for possibly leading you the wrong way). Plus, I marked mine up where I spliced it in so I could have at least something to reference later.

I forgot to mention that I'm using a painless harness...not a lot of tie in as everything engine is taken care of with that harness.
